They are phenomenal. They take the work out for you. My friend had surgery and with a late order placed, it was delivered to her hospital room without any of my involvement! They took care of everything for me as I was out of state. Not every hospital allows easy deliveries and this was no exception but Bill (I thought I heard Phil) made the impossible happen. He called me the next day and followed up with me letting me know everything was handled and delivered. I was shocked. I was planning to find out the room number, division and floor etc. 10 STARS!
